Mateo, Recipient of Mia’s Blessing’s Adopt-a-Family support

Mateo was diagnosed with medulloblastoma and arrived at Nicklaus Children’s from Chile due to the lack of resources at the medical facilities in his hometown. The family did not come to Miami with much in the way of basic needs and it has been very difficult for the family to keep up  with rent payments. Mia’s Miracles was happy to step in and pay for a month’s rent for Mateo’s family and we are glad that Mateo is receiving proper care at Nicklaus Children’s.
